CodexApp End-User License Agreement

 

Effective Date: April 12, 2026

This End-User License Agreement governs use of CodexApp, an internal software integration operated by VALTEQ, Inc. for authorized business purposes.

​

CodexApp is used to connect VALTEQ, Inc.’s QuickBooks Online account with internal automation and analysis tools for accounting review, transaction classification, reporting, reconciliation support, and related financial operations.

​

Use of CodexApp is limited to authorized VALTEQ, Inc. personnel and approved service providers acting on behalf of VALTEQ, Inc. The app is not offered for public sale, resale, distribution, or use by third parties.

By accessing or using CodexApp, users agree to use the app only for legitimate VALTEQ, Inc. business purposes and in accordance with applicable company policies, accounting controls, confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.

​

Users may not misuse CodexApp, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy or redistribute the app, or use it to access data they are not authorized to view.

​

CodexApp may access accounting, transaction, customer, vendor, account, and related business data from QuickBooks Online solely for authorized VALTEQ, Inc. accounting and business analysis purposes.

​

VALTEQ, Inc. may modify, suspend, or discontinue CodexApp at any time. Access may be revoked at any time for security, compliance, operational, or business reasons.

CodexApp is provided for internal business use without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VALTEQ, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of CodexApp.
