Mr. Jason Valdes, a veteran of the U.S. Army, is a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of experience delivering innovative solutions in the government sector. Serving as both a federal project manager and consultant, Mr. Valdes brings a unique perspective to federal contracting and project management. He understands how important it is to partner with a firm that is in tune with an agency’s mission, processes, and culture and how these factors influence an engagement’s success or failure. He’s been part of many major federal system implementations and has had the privilege of leading several outstanding teams.
Mr. Valdes holds a BA in Management and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He’s also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Dr. Laz Mederos is an experienced global business strategy and operations leader with 2 decades of proven successes in generating revenue, creating outsourcing strategies and driving change initiatives on a global scale. He co-designed and led the Business Intelligence & Analytics internal consulting group for ADP resulting in multi-million ROI within the first 2 years. Formerly with IBM where he had a progressive career helping businesses meet their strategic goals, to ultimately leading a global division comprising of over 700 resources worldwide.
He strongly believes in community involvement and was listed as one of the top 25 leaders in Miami, FL by Latino Leaders Magazine in 2011, and was awarded the 2018 South Florida Community Leadership Award.
Dr. Mederos holds a BBA from Florida International University, MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a Doctorate of Business Administration from the triple crown Grenoble Ecole de Management (FR). He’s also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
